QMA

The QMA Team

Why we build Quantum Market Analyzer

We're a software-and-data team that combines software development, data work and a deep interest in capital markets. We started building Quantum Market Analyzer because we missed a single tool that brings institutional data and methods to ordinary people in an understandable way.

Instead of promising miraculous profits, we focus on what we can prove: honest scoring, transparent backtests and clear labeling of what you can and can't trust. QMA is an analytical and educational tool — it helps you decide, it does not give buy/sell instructions.

As the platform grew under our hands, we realized the whole retail world lacks the same complete picture. So we keep building it — and offer it to you too.

🎯 What makes QMA different?

  • ✓📊 5-Pillar Scoring – fundamentals, insiders, technicals, seasonality and sentiment combined
  • ✓🎮 Strategy Simulator – backtest + paper trading with risk analysis (no live instructions)
  • ✓🌐 Multi-asset system – soon stocks, crypto, ETFs, commodities, indices, forex
  • ✓📈 20 years of historical data – backtesting on real data
  • ✓🎯 AI-powered analyses – AI portfolio review and stock insights

🚀 We build the tool we'd want to use ourselves — transparently, and respecting that no analysis is ever a certainty.

About QMA

Why we build Quantum Market Analyzer

QMA is an analytical and educational tool for US equities. It fuses 13 data layers — value, momentum, Smart Money, sentiment and catalysts — into one readable A++ to F score across 17,000+ stocks. The goal: see the whole picture and decide on data, not gut feel.

Jaroslav Vojtášek
Founder & Operator

QMA is built and operated by one person — Jaroslav Vojtášek, a Czech sole trader (OSVČ). It grew from a personal need: to see quality, momentum and Smart Money activity across thousands of stocks in one place and decide on data, not gut feel. QMA is analytics-and-education software and a data service — it is NOT a broker, does not execute or route orders, does not connect accounts to brokers for execution, does not hold or manage customer funds, and does not provide personalized investment advice. Customers make all decisions independently.

What makes QMA different

  • ✓The whole picture, not fragments: 13 data layers fused into one A++ to F score.
  • ✓Smart Money depth: insiders, institutions' reported positions (with roughly a 45-day lag), Congress, off-exchange volumes and options flow together.
  • ✓We do not publish numbers we do not trust ourselves: for strategies we state the trade count and separate exploratory from conclusive. Where a result turned out to rest on data that was not knowable on the day, we withdrew the performance and did not replace it with a smaller number.
  • ✓We publish WHAT, not the exact HOW: categories of data events and results are public, the methodology stays protected.
  • ✓In Czech and CZK: localization, a journal with Czech tax, and an education academy.

The team behind QMA — why we build it and use it

Each of us looks at the market differently. Here's what each of us would take from QMA — and the edge we see vs how most people trade alone.

Data analytics — QMA methodology voice
🧭 role-based · team perspective

QMA's methodology solves data fragmentation: every piece of stock-analysis data in one place AND interconnected — fundamentals, technicals, insiders, off-exchange volumes, congress, seasonality, options. Not just side by side: QMA looks for confluence, where several independent data layers line up at once. So one can filter stocks by a combination of criteria for any horizon — short-term swing or long-term investing — without hopping across five sites and stitching it together by hand. Competitors typically don't offer this connectedness.

Trader lens — QMA methodology voice
🧭 role-based · team perspective

From a trader's lens, QMA gathers publicly reported activity in one place: insider buys and sells from SEC filings, trades by members of Congress, institutions' reported positions (published with roughly a 45-day lag, so they describe the past), off-exchange volumes and options flow. It fuses them into one score — what used to take an hour across five sites is now visible in a minute. We do not claim this combination predicts future returns: we have not measured that, and we publish no such figure.

Quant lens — QMA methodology voice
🧭 role-based · team perspective

From a quant lens, what QMA does NOT show matters most. For several strategies we withdrew the historical performance once it turned out the test rested on data that was not knowable on the day — and we did not replace it with a more cautious number: there simply isn't one. What we publish is forward tracking: real closed model trades, always with their count. When a strategy trails the index, you can see it trailing. And in the Strategy Lab you can move our composite's parameters and each combination shows its result both inside and outside the test sample — precisely so that over-fitting is visible.

Beginner lens — QMA methodology voice
🧭 role-based · team perspective

For a beginner, QMA simplifies orientation. Every stock has one A++ to F grade and a tooltip on every term. Instead of forum tips it shows the 5–10 best-rated stocks by an understandable rule.

Risk & portfolio — QMA methodology voice
🧭 role-based · team perspective

In uncertain times, betting everything on growth may not make sense. QMA can build a model portfolio as a stable ETF core + growth stocks on top — and it shows how concentrated the portfolio is and how it spreads across sectors. The journal shows where exits happen too early. It is no guarantee of a smaller drawdown — it just makes concentration visible before it plays out.

🧭
Long-term lens — QMA methodology voice
🧭 role-based · team perspective

For a long-term approach, calm and compounding are key. The Wealth Plan shows allocation and a 30-year projection; seasonal windows describe which parts of the year a stock rose in historically — computed retrospectively from its own price history, so it is a description of the past, not a forecast (we withdrew the strategy built on seasonality: it picked its windows by how they turned out). Taxes and the journal are handled without Excel, and there is no need to stare at charts daily.

Competitive view — QMA methodology voice
🧭 role-based · team perspective

We build on what QMA has in one place: publicly reported insider and institutional activity, our own live-tracked strategies, a journal with Czech tax, and an education academy — plus Czech and CZK. At 490 CZK/mo (~$29) you get it in one place; what you get for that price is laid out in the comparison table.

Descriptive, role-based perspectives voicing QMA's methodology — NOT statements by specific individuals, nor independent customer reviews or testimonials. They contain no personal recommendation. QMA is an analytical and educational tool, not investment advice, and no output is an instruction to buy or sell.
