This policy describes how QMA handles refunds. Payments are processed by the Merchant of Record (the seller of record) identified at checkout; refunds are processed through them under the rules below.
Monthly and annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the first charge — if you are not satisfied, contact us and we will refund that period.
The one-time Founder Lifetime purchase is final once access is granted, except for the statutory withdrawal right (below) and cases of technical failure or an accidental duplicate charge.
EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital services made available immediately, this right is governed by the consent given at purchase and applicable law. The specific terms are shown at checkout and in the Terms of Service.
