Refund Policy

This policy describes how QMA handles refunds. The seller is the operator (Jaroslav Vojtášek, Czech sole trader, IČO 48783447); the payment itself is processed on our behalf by Stripe; refunds are processed through them under the rules below.
14-day money-back — all plans
We honor the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for ALL paid plans — monthly and annual subscriptions (Starter, Elite). Within 14 days of purchase you may withdraw for a full refund, no reason required. We do not ask you to waive this right.
After 14 days
After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the billing period already started (cancelling just stops future renewals and you keep access until the period ends). Beyond that, we handle technical failures and accidental duplicate charges case by case.
When refunds are not provided
- Periods already elapsed and actively used (outside the guarantee window).
- Cancelling mid-period — your access remains until the period ends.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your account email and reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within a few business days (per the poskytovatele platebních služeb).
