There follows a 5–15 day consolidation in a tight range, and only the second breakout is the point the rule evaluates as an entry. In the historical test the model exited below the consolidation range (typically 5–8% from entry) and took profits in a 20–50% band within 1–3 weeks. This describes the tested rule, not a trade instruction. QMA filter: market cap 200M–50B (small/mid-cap sweet spot), composite ≥ 55, RS ≥ 70, TSS ≥ 60, and a recent explosive day in last 30d (≥+10% close-to-open).
