CZ/SK retail framework: high-quality (composite ≥ 70) + strong momentum (TSS+RS) + reported insider purchases (Form 4) + base breakout above SMA50.

Why this list

QMA Quality Momentum Setup is a multi-factor swing setup inspired by established swing trading frameworks from the CZ/SK retail community. Combines quality (composite ≥ 70), momentum (TSS ≥ 70, RS ≥ 75 — top quartile), smart-money confluence (IAS ≥ 60 — insiders buying), and technical breakout (price above SMA50 = trending + recent 20-day high break). Key vs Stockbee/Qullamaggie: requires quality fundamentals, not pure momentum. Reduces false positives from low-quality pump-and-dump. Target hold: 2–8 weeks. Stop: below SMA50 or -8% (whichever closer). Target: +15 to +30%. Typically 8–15 picks/week in bull market, 0–3 in bear/sideways. Filter is stricter than Stockbee → fewer, higher quality setups.
